The Six-Step
Certification Workflow

Adhere to this six-step certification workflow to finalise your application and receive your official Letter of Acceptance.
Review the Service Agreement and Certification Guideline.
1. New Engagement
Register with PayNet OSP & CCP if you are a new participant. Current participants can submit their requests directly through the CCP.
2. Registration
Submit all necessary documentation, logs and any required test cards or terminals to the CCP for review.
3. Provide Documents & Logs
A Test Lab will validate all submitted documents and logs to ensure they meet certification standards.
4. Validation
Following successful validation, a final report and a tax invoice are provided. This marks the conclusion of the technical review.
5. Report Issuance & Acceptance
The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued once payment is received, officially completing the certification process.
